I had a good & painless experience at the Dentist's. The team was friendly, gentle, caring & professional. Thank you very much to Dr. Tribble & the team for taking care of me; the crown fits good & the top-notch partial molding procedure used state-of-the-arts technology. I Highly recommend my dentist & team!

Go anywhere else! They don't bill insurance correctly, which caused us to pay more. They collect money from you even BEFORE services are done. They hook you right up with Care Credit & rack up the totals. They didn't fully explain even the ballpark estimate for what we could expect to pay. Then, 3/4 of the way through a long process, our expected total went from $15,000 to $30,000, which prevented my spouse from being able to get a permanent set of teeth since we could not afford that. The front office staff and office/billing manager are not professional & tell you that the only person in the office who can help you with your billing issues is Jessie, the office manager. Of course, she is never available. If you do finally get through to her she pivots & gives you double talk to put you off. We had to be persistent for 29 days to try & get 3 types of refunds. We had to go to the office twice & say we would wait for someone to finally give us the 3rd refund. When we asked to speak to the doctor about our issues he had them tell us to come back (the 2nd time) & then we could meet with him & the office manager. When we went back, the office manager refused to bring us into the office

I am extremely disappointed with this dental office’s level of professionalism and communication. On multiple occasions, my appointments were canceled just hours before the scheduled time, which is incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful of my time. In addition, getting in touch with the office is a challenge. When trying to confirm my appointment the third time, my call was not returned in a timely manner, and when I tried to speak with the office manager, it took over a week to receive a response. That level of delay is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Overall, the lack of reliability, poor communication, and excessive wait times make this office very difficult to trust. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for consistent and respectful dental care.

No problem with the Hygenist. I like her and she cleans my teeth well. It’s the BILLING. Been calling regarding the balance I have. No one from “billing” calls u back. Dealt with Nicole in office. She said the balance was because of the insurance company NOT paying the balance. Turns out the insurance company DID PAY. They never applied the check to my balance. So beware do not trust them regarding your insurance not paying. Do your due diligence and call your insurance company. THEY WONT CALL. someone not doing their job !!! They send in claims late and don’t apply insurance payments to your balance !!! There is no accountability anywhere. I can’t image all the clients that do not check and just pay their balance, u have been warned !!! They potentially get paid twice if you do not question them. Do not be intimidated by their nastiness. I never in my life had a dentist that had me work out their accounting. ** I know you will try to “apologize “ on my review I must add the services provide took place in SEPTEMBER / DECEMBER 2025 , IT IS NOW APRIL 2026 SO ITS NOT MY PROBLEM U DIDNT APPLY THE CHECK TO MY BALANCE. just the fact that u don’t apply payment to statements is SUSPICIO

Hi there to everyone that is thinking about going to this clinic, I have been a patient of this dental clinic for 5 months already ,let me tell you a little bit about my history with them . September 2025 when there trying to get some relief for a toothache ended up with a bridge project in both sides of my mouth , got the temporary one until my next appointment was supposed to get the permanent, even the temporary was so horrible and out of shape resulting in a completed different color , well long history short the permanent was wrong , next appointment November again was wrong color and didn’t cover the hole tooth in the back , the doctor for a 3rd time put analgesic on me and grinding my molars again don’t know why I had no pain at that time but well they are the specialist 🤦‍♂️ whorse thing ever I m still on temporary is January and with a lot of pain . Besides doctor hands are always shaking don’t know the reason. Someone has to stop this from happening to another person . All the reviews are really bad except the ones from family and friends . Won’t say my doctors name until my next visit.will keep you posted. Don’t go there for any design please so you won’t suffer as am I
